All materials (such as Bolts, Gas Cans, and Duct Tape) can be acquired by simply playing the game as normal - leveling up, completing quests, and trading in some buds to Zeke! You will always receive materials in Ganja Chests and you check for what's for sale on the ShortList if you need something specific.
